International Voice Support Professional

Join a dynamic team of customer service experts and take the first step in your career as an International Voice Support Professional. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls with customers from across the globe. Your primary goal will be to provide accurate and timely solutions to customer queries while building and maintaining positive relationships with clients.

Responsibilities:
1. Customer Interaction: Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers from diverse backgrounds and cultures in a professional manner. Listen attentively to customer queries and respond with empathy and understanding. Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Diagnose and resolve complex customer issues related to products, services, billing, or technical queries. Escalate unresolved cases to senior support teams or supervisors when necessary. Follow established standard operating procedures (SOPs) and company guidelines to ensure quality service delivery.
3. Process Adherence: Maintain compliance with data protection laws and international regulations. Accurately document customer interactions, feedback, and solutions in CRM systems. Adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), quality benchmarks, and process guidelines to ensure seamless service delivery.
4. Sales & Upselling: Promote additional products and services relevant to customer needs, following company guidelines. Cross-sell and upsell services based on customer requirements to achieve performance targets. Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals when applicable to the process.
5. Performance & Reporting: Maintain productivity targets, call handling time, and quality scores. Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports as required. Provide customer insights and feedback to improve service quality and processes.

Requirements:
• A minimum of 0 to 3+ years of experience as an International Voice Support Professional
• Graduation from any recognized institution
