Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Software Development Architect to join our team. This individual will be responsible for designing and implementing high-performance, scalable web applications and platforms.

  • The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in the industry and a strong background in technologies such as ReactJS, NodeJS, Python, and Postgres.
  • This role involves translating the UI/UX design wireframes to actual code that produces visual elements of the application.
  • You will work closely with the UI/UX designer and bridge the gap between graphical design and technical implementation, defining how the application looks and functions.
Responsibilities
  1. Design and implement scalable, high-performance, and fault-tolerant architectures using cloud-native best practices.
  2. Provide hands-on expertise in React, Python, and other relevant technologies, driving engineering best practices and high-quality code.
  3. Architect, deploy, and manage cloud-based solutions with strong expertise in Docker, Kubernetes, and microservices.
  4. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation, ownership, and accountability.
  5. Work closely with product, design, and business teams to ensure technical solutions align with business objectives.
  6. Actively participate in coding, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline optimization, ensuring smooth deployment processes.
