Job Title: Technical Architect
The Role

  • We are seeking a skilled Technical Architect to lead the design and development of innovative solutions using ML/AI technologies.
  • The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with various stakeholders and IT teams to deliver high-quality projects on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Lead the development of ML/AI solutions, ensuring they meet customer requirements and business objectives.
  2. Work closely with pre-sales teams to provide technical guidance on RFPs and RFIs.
  3. Evaluate emerging technologies and drive their adoption within the organization.
  4. Mentor junior architects and engineers, providing training and growth opportunities.
  5. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in AI/ML, applying this knowledge to improve our solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in machine learning and data analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Python/R programming and popular ML libraries (e.g., Scikit-Learn, TensorFlow).
  • Experience with cloud-based platforms (e.g., GCP, Azure, AWS) and associated services.
  • Ability to work in an Agile environment, following best practices for software development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with cross-functional teams.
