Data Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to collect, process, and analyze data to support strategic decision-making across the organization.

  • Gather, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to support business initiatives.
  • Build and maintain dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Translate business questions into data queries and provide insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations, product, etc.) to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support forecasting and optimization.
  • Perform A/B testing and statistical analysis to evaluate business performance.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.
  • Strong knowledge of data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).
  • Familiarity with Excel and at least one statistical or scripting language (Python, R, etc.).
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to present data findings clearly.
