Job Summary:

This senior-level data scientist position requires a highly skilled professional to lead and execute data science initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving business outcomes through the application of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and Machine Learning.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic data science projects from conception to deployment, utilizing expertise in machine learning algorithms and Large Language Models (LLM).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for leveraging data to drive business solutions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Mentor and guide junior data scientists in best practices and methodologies, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development.
  • Design and maintain high-performing machine learning models and algorithms to solve complex business problems, staying up-to-date with industry advancements.
  • Communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear, concise presentations and reports, fostering a culture of data-driven decision-making.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field, demonstrating a strong foundation in statistical analysis and data modeling.
  • 5-7 years of experience in data science or a related field, showcasing expertise in machine learning, programming languages (e.g., Python), and data visualization tools.
  • Proficiency in Python and experience with data science libraries (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), as well as Large Language Models (LLM) and Generative AI.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
