Business Intelligence Expert

In this challenging role, you will play a vital part in shaping our Retail Index reporting framework. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing data-driven solutions for the Retail Index.
  • Ensuring high-quality results through risk identification and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders on project scope, execution, and outcome.
  • Conducting expert-level analysis of results and presenting actionable insights to drive business decisions.
  • Maintaining effective communication with virtual team members across multiple countries.
  • Leveraging dedicated software tools supported by ad-hoc programming and data mining techniques.
  • Identifying opportunities for innovation and tool development within a dynamic work environment.
  • Analyzing processes within your area of responsibility to recommend improvements.

This position requires strong educational foundations in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, or related fields. A Master's degree is mandatory, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, at least one programming language (Python or R), organizational skills, and a good command of English and local Chinese (Mandarin).
