About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Data Governance Manager, where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring compliance, mitigating risks, and driving continuous improvement across our IT functions.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and implementing effective IT policies, procedures, and controls that align with industry-leading frameworks such as COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and Implement Governance Frameworks: Lead the development and implementation of comprehensive IT governance frameworks that meet regulatory requirements and support business objectives.
  • Ensure Compliance and Operational Efficiency: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop, implement, and monitor IT policies, procedures, and controls that ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
  • Oversee Risk Assessments and Audit Readiness: Coordinate IT risk assessments, audit readiness activities, and regulatory reporting to ensure seamless compliance.
  • Lead Stakeholder Management and Communication: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including senior management, risk committees, and audit boards, through effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Maintain Governance Calendars and Dashboards: Develop and maintain IT governance calendars, dashboards, and reports to provide insights into key performance indicators and drive informed decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master's preferred)
  • 10+ Years of Experience in IT Governance, ITSM, Compliance, or Risk Management roles
  • Strong Knowledge of COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 20000 frameworks
  • Audit Readiness and Governance Program Execution experience
  • Relevant Certifications such as COBIT, ITIL Expert, ISO 20000, CISA, or CGEIT
