Job Title: Senior Interior Designer

About the Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced senior interior designer to lead our commercial office design projects.

  • Manage the end-to-end design process for commercial office projects from conceptualization to completion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and timelines.
  • Develop space planning, conceptual designs, mood boards, and 3D presentations that meet client expectations.
  • Work closely with project managers, site engineers, and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Select and finalize materials, finishes, furniture, and fixtures that align with client goals and aesthetic preferences.
  • Review and approve detailed drawings before project commencement.
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers to help them grow professionally.
  • Ensure compliance with safety codes, building regulations, and sustainability standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's or master's degree in interior design or architecture.
  • At least 4-7 years of experience in commercial office interiors with a strong portfolio of workplace design projects.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop, and MS Office.
  • Strong knowledge of materials, furniture systems, and MEP coordination.
  • Excellent client communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects and deliver results within deadlines.
