Technical Lead Position

This is an exciting opportunity to take on a leadership role in a dynamic engineering team. We are looking for a seasoned Technical Lead with strong hands-on experience in software development and technical expertise in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java.

The successful candidate will lead, mentor, and support a team of engineers while fostering technical growth and accountability. They will also work closely with Product and Design teams to plan and deliver new features aligned with business goals.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to drive technical growth and accountability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and deliver new features
  • Take ownership of project execution from technical design to development, testing, deployment, and post-launch support
  • Maintain high standards for code quality, performance, and security through architectural guidance and code reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years as a tech lead
  • Strong hands-on experience in full-stack development using JavaScript (Node.js, React.js) and Java
  • Understanding of cloud infrastructure and experience deploying applications on AWS (EC2, Lambda, S3, DynamoDB)
  • Deep experience with RESTful APIs, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and test automation
  • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum or Kanban)
