Occupational Therapist Position

Role Overview:

  • This is a full-time on-site role for an Occupational Therapist located in Pune. The successful candidate will work as part of our multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to children with developmental challenges.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assessment and Evaluation:Conduct comprehensive assessments of children's developmental, physical, sensory, and cognitive abilities.
  2. Treatment Planning and Implementation:Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessment findings and child/family goals.
  3. Direct Therapy Interventions:Provide direct occupational therapy interventions, including therapeutic activities, sensory integration techniques, and adaptive equipment training.
  4. Family Collaboration and Education:Collaborate with parents/caregivers to develop and implement home programs.
  5. Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate and timely documentation of assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other relevant information.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in India.
  • Experience working with children with a variety of developmental, physical, and cognitive challenges.
  • Knowledge of pediatric assessment tools and treatment techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
