Job Title: Occupational Therapy Professional

Our organization seeks a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapy Professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and planning occupational therapy services for children with Autism and Intellectual Disabilities.
  • Conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and monitoring progress toward achieving functional and measurable goals.
  • Collaborating with interdisciplinary team members, educating caregivers and family members, and maintaining accurate clinical records.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or a related field.
  • Valid license to practice as an Occupational Therapist in India.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques, including physical, cognitive, and perceptual abilities, and developmental norms across the lifespan.
  • Experience working with individuals with diverse backgrounds and needs, including physical disabilities, mental illness, and developmental disorders.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and documentation skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address functional goals and activities of daily living.
  • Experience working in a team-based environment and collaborating with interdisciplinary professionals.
