Job Title: Audience Manager

Audience Manager is a key role responsible for defining audience strategy, analytics framework, and roadmap to achieve identified Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) within the technology stack.

About the Role:
  • This includes defining audience strategy and analytics framework to reach identified KPIs.
  • The candidate will need familiarity with offline data environments, including CRM systems, email platforms, and data lakes.
  • Becoming the key resource for Data Management Platform (DMP) segmentation.
  • Analyzing integrated audience data and information to identify insights supporting business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Define audience strategy and analytics framework to reach identified KPIs.
  2. Familiarity with offline data environments, including Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, email platforms, and data lakes.
  3. Become the key resource for DMP segmentation.
  4. Analyze integrated audience data and information to identify insights supporting business decisions.
  5. Contribute to cross-device segmentation strategy for universal frequency capping.
  6. Understand Adobe Experience Cloud, including Analytics, Target, Ad Cloud, and their relationship with customer data.
  7. Mapped out complex solutions in easy-to-understand formats for business leaders and non-technical marketers.
  8. Ensure data and naming convention integrity across media and marketing initiatives.
  9. Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JQuery, JSON setup, and SQL query language.
  10. Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
  11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills to maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  12. Strong service orientation with a proven track record of working with multiple stakeholders.
  13. Ability to manage multiple work assignments and shift priorities.
Requirements:
  • Familiarity with other Customer Data Platform (CDP) solution and DMP competitors, including strengths and weaknesses.
  • Domain knowledge of various industries, such as Banking, Retail, E-commerce, etc.
  • Understanding of data regulations and consent-based marketing, like General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
  • Data Modelling and Statistic Analytics skills.
  • Collect, organize, and analyze large data sets using Business Intelligence methodologies.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 5-8 years of experience in CDP/DMP tools.
  • Hands-on Adobe Audience Manager and Real Time CDP tool experience.
  • Good understanding of Web Analytics and ability to leverage clickstream data into DMP and set up segments.
