Job Description:

This is a leadership role that oversees the effective planning and execution of Procure to Pay projects across various global locations. The incumbent will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams, driving process improvements, and implementing automation solutions.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive Continuous Improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency in account operations.
  • Champion the adoption of standardized global processes and ensure compliance with organizational standards.
  • Lead operational excellence and automation initiatives to drive efficiency and standardization.
  • Assess new laws, policies, and practices impacting global processes and communicate changes to clients.
  • Develop and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with client objectives.
  • Deploy RPA, Macros, Visualizations dashboards, and Lean Six Sigma projects to mitigate process issues and improve operational efficiencies.
  • Design, implement, test, and complete In-Scope CI Projects.
  • Engage lean six sigma practices and processes to drive process improvements.
  • Support operations to meet key transformation objectives and deliver required business value.
  • Identify and log issues and incidents, perform root cause analysis, and recommend process and system improvements.
  • Manage client relationships and deliver transformation roadmaps.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum Qualifications:
  • Experience in Oracle Fusion, Tririga, SAP, S4Hana, Service Now, or similar technologies.
  • Experience in driving GenAI/Agentic and RPA programs and deploying them across platforms.
  • Extensive experience in Procure to Pay domain, including lead transformation across all sub-processes like Account Payable and Payments.
  • Experience in driving continuous improvement using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
  • Project Management skills, including strong influencing skills and clarity of thought on effective project management.
  • People Leadership: Ability to coach & mentor people, influence & motivate others, and work in diverse teams and with multiple stakeholders.
  • Delivers oral and written communications that have clarity and impact.
  • Creates a team environment of accountability and commitment for reaching project goals.
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
  • Lean Six Sigma - GB / BB certification.
  • Exposure to AIML certification would be an added advantage.
