Project Manager

Main Responsibilities:
  • Distribute resources effectively, monitor performance of installation teams, and maintain a proactive approach to task execution.
  • Oversee project planning, task delegation, and regular progress updates to stakeholders.
  • Foster a culture of process implementation and continuous improvement, ensure site readiness, conduct audits, and promote a cycle time control mindset.
  • Maintain open communication channels with customers for issue resolution and closure.
  • Develop and train team members and subcontractors, ensuring their availability and competence.
  • Lead by example, promoting a results-driven attitude and technical excellence within the installation and subcontractor teams.
Requirements:
  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering.
  • Professional experience: At least 8 years in the elevator industry, demonstrating exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
  • IT skills: Proficient in MS Office, fluent in English, Hindi, and regional languages.
  • Professional skills: Strong technical and commercial background, PLM experience, project management expertise, overall business acumen, and technical knowledge.
