Job Description

As a senior manager, you will oversee the development of project execution plans for managed sites. Your primary responsibility will be to focus the Otis team on achieving project goals.

You will collaborate with the Project Controls Lead to create contract plans that enable overall project upgrades. Regularly review progress against plan and take corrective action to mitigate delays if necessary.

Be the customer's focal point for all correspondence and represent Otis at mid and high-level meetings. Manage a team focusing on New Equipment/Modernization projects, providing technical assistance with coordination of internal stakeholders around New Installation/Modernization projects.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 10-15 years of experience in the Elevator industry or Infra Projects.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team is also required.

Good communication and interpersonal skills are necessary for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders and clients.
