Job Description

The Technical Consulting Senior Manager role is a leadership position that requires successfully designing and managing the delivery of complex Salesforce solutions for customers.

  • This involves leading teams to design and implement large-scale web-based systems, as well as providing technical enablement to team members on the latest Salesforce products and processes.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
  • They will also be responsible for maintaining a target billable utilization aligned to the role, as well as ensuring the timely completion of projects.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The following skills and qualifications are essential for this role:

  • 12-18 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
  • Proven experience integrating systems via APIs, as well as a strong development background.
  • Ability to understand project requirements and debug issues.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
