Job Title: Technical Architect

Are you a master builder of technical solutions looking to shape the future of integration services? As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work hands-on with customers and partners to solve complex business challenges using cutting-edge technologies.

You will provide expert guidance on implementation projects, evaluate technical and functional requirements, and develop innovative solutions to drive customer success.

Our ideal candidate is a seasoned architect with a strong track record of leading integration teams and architecting solutions. You will have experience working with various technologies, including MuleSoft, IBM, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, Progress Sonic, and API Management solutions.

The role involves leading technical teams, mentoring junior resources, and driving internal initiatives to grow our Services organization practices. You will also have the opportunity to evangelize integration methodologies, support business case justification, and deliver compelling presentations to influence strategic direction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead technical teams through multi-phased delivery projects
  • Provide hands-on delivery guidance to influence standards for development, governance, and operational life cycle
  • Evangelize frameworks, project deliverables, best practices/policies, and implementations to internal collaboration networks and IP sharing
  • Identify opportunities to expand MuleSoft footprint and drive further services and customer service
  • Develop and implement internal mitigation measures to meet customer needs

What We Are Looking For:

  • Three to six years minimum experience leading integration teams and architecting solutions
  • Demonstrated experience architecting services integrations with at least two of the following technologies: MuleSoft, IBM, Oracle Fusion, TIBCO, Dell Boomi, Progress Sonic, and API Management solutions
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to effectively communicate technical vision to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience leading technical teams and mentoring junior level resources, consultants, and clients
  • Full proficiency in English and ability to travel regularly to meet customer needs as required
