Technical Solutions Designer

Serve as a visionary technical leader in designing and implementing scalable Salesforce solutions for our clients. These technologies include products and APIs, Apex/Visualforce, Lightning, mobile development technologies, and integration/ETL technologies.
As a successful Technical Architect, you will leverage your broad and deep knowledge to craft systems that thrive under high volumes and critical points. You possess a strong balance of technical and enterprise skills when architecting a solution. The designs you create are built for the long-term and will seamlessly scale with the client's growth plans.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project requirements, deliverables, and expectations.
- Translate business needs into well-architected solutions that best utilize the Salesforce platform.
- Lead technical design sessions; architect and document technical solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Provide oversight and governance of Salesforce projects.
- Develop and enforce coding standards, leading code reviews to ensure quality and suitable design patterns.
- Manage custom development, integrations, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation.
- Maintain target billable utilization aligned to the role.
- Ability to understand complex projects and debug issues.
- Participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery and technical deep-dive sessions, Proof-of-Concept (POC) development with prospects.
- Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations.
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent proven experience required.
- 9-14 years CRM experience with a minimum of 6 years on the Salesforce platform.
- Expert level understanding of the Salesforce product suite, including Sales, Service, Community, Marketing, and Community Clouds.
- Understanding of systems architecture and ability to design performance-driven solutions.
- Strong knowledge of key design patterns, large data volume limitations, and best practices.
- Familiarity with platform authentication patterns.
- Knowledge of data integration tools and experience integrating Salesforce with different business systems.
- Strong understanding of environment management, release management, code versioning best practices, and deployment methodologies.
- Experience with platform security capabilities.
- Expert level experience defining system architecture landscapes, identifying gaps between current and desired end-states, and delivering comprehensive solutions.
- Strong background in design/development of large web-based systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Salesforce certifications or ability to achieve relevant certifications upon hire.
