Job Title: Project Manager
Job Description:

We seek an experienced Automation Lead to spearhead our end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams. As the Automation Lead, you will oversee all phases of automation projects from setup to deployment.

You will lead and mentor interns in setting up workflow automation systems using Clay, N8n, and Zapier. Additionally, you will oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end automation projects for sales and marketing teams.
  • Guide and mentor interns in setting up Workflow automation systems (Clay, N8n, and Zapier).
  • Oversee the design and implementation of automation workflows using n8n, Zapier, or Make.com
  • Ensure smooth integration of tools like Apollo, Clay, Instantly, and via APIs/webhooks.
  • Monitor quality of data pipelines for enrichment, lead scoring, and AI-driven workflows.
  • Review and validate outputs (data cleaning, reports, dashboards) before sharing with stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary stakeholder contact—providing updates, gathering feedback, and ensuring alignment.
  • Document processes and recommend improvements for scalability and efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with no-code/AI automation tools (n8n, Zapier, Make).
  • Experience managing CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or Zoho).
  • Background in project or client management with exposure to sales/marketing workflows.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills for coordinating interns and stakeholder expectations.
  • Bonus: Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, or basic scripting (Python/JavaScript).
  • Comfort with productivity tools like Google Sheets, Notion, Airtable.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize and deliver on deadlines.
