Job Summary

We're seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an HR Intern. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in human resources and develop valuable skills that will enhance your career.

As an HR Intern, you'll be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the People & Culture Department. You'll work closely with your immediate supervisor to ensure the effective implementation of policies and procedures, maintain accurate records, and provide exceptional support to colleagues.

  • Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel files
  • Support the recruitment and selection process

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well under pressure. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred, but not essential.
