Job Overview

A highly skilled and experienced Administrative Support Specialist is required to provide exceptional support to our senior leadership team at Ahmed Sons Exports Private Limited.

Key Responsibilities
  • Scheduling and Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the Director with a high degree of efficiency and accuracy.
  • Communication and Correspondence: Handle all incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence, ensuring timely responses and maintaining confidentiality when necessary.
  • Document Preparation and Editing: Prepare and edit various documents, reports, presentations, and memos, as well as draft and finalize correspondence on behalf of the Director.
  • Meeting Organization and Follow-up: Coordinate meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions to ensure seamless execution and effective communication among team members.
  • Event Support and Record-Keeping: Assist in planning and executing company events, conferences, and board meetings, while maintaining accurate records and filing systems for important and confidential documents.
  • Confidentiality and Discretion: Maintain the privacy of senior management and handle sensitive information with utmost discretion and professionalism.
  • Administrative Support and Representation: Provide general administrative support to the executive team, represent the Director in meetings and interactions with external contacts, and make a positive impression on behalf of the organization.
  • Project Support and Task Management: Assist with ongoing projects by organizing meetings, setting up timelines, and assigning tasks to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements and Expectations

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities with confidence and professionalism. They will also be expected to make a significant contribution to the effective performance of the Director by providing administrative and information support.

Benefits and Compensation
  • An estimated salary of ₹500,000 - ₹700,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
  • Twelve days of casual leave and twelve days of sick leave per year.
  • A festive bonus equivalent to one month's gross salary.
  • Six months of paid maternity leave.
  • Provident Fund (PF) contribution and Mediclaim/Employee State Insurance Corporation (ESIC) benefits.
