Job Title: Litigation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Litigation Specialist to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in Electronics, Computer Science, or IT, along with proven litigation experience before courts.

  • Representing clients in patent litigation matters before various courts.
  • Conducting legal research and drafting pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Assisting senior attorneys in all aspects of litigation preparation, including discovery, deposition preparation, and trial support.
  • Managing client relationships and communicating effectively with clients regarding case status and strategy.
  • Staying updated with developments in patent law and procedural rules.
  • Collaborating with team members and other practice groups within the firm.

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Communication Engineering, Computer Science, or Information Technology.
  • Admission to the Bar in your state/country and in good standing.
  • 4-7 years of experience in patent litigation.
  • Strong familiarity with patent law and procedures.
  • Experience with High Court procedures and litigation processes.
  • Excellent research, analytical, and writing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred qualifications include:

  • An advanced degree (e.g., master's or PhD) in Engineering or related field.
  • Prior experience with patent prosecution.
  • Experience with technology-related litigation beyond patent matters.
