Key Responsibilities:- Strategic Planning: Develops and implements strategic plans in line with division objectives.
- Talent Development: Supports workforce planning by providing inputs on department forecasts.
- Operational Management: Manages and controls operating frameworks, provides guidance and support, ensures implementation and review of work processes for high performance standards and continuous improvement.
- Drives strategy and execution of SME businesses in the region as per targets.
- Prepares yearly Business Development Plan in line with bank strategy for SME clients in the region.
- Achieves target set in yearly budget for new and existing clients and manages financials related to these targets.
- Articulates region-specific strategy for growth of various products offered by the organization and liaisoning with Product Development Team.
- Manages talent pipeline for key roles in the department and mentors high potential talent in the team.
- Monitors and enables achievement of goals and key performance indicators for direct reports.
- Develops talent within the department through guidance, ongoing feedback, coaching and development opportunities.
- Governs implementation of risk-related policies and processes for the department, ensuring regulatory and internal control requirements are met.
- Reviews implementation of internal control systems in line with relevant operating procedures and regulatory requirements.
