Job Title: Business Development Specialist
The Business Development Specialist plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our IT services. This individual serves as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring seamless delivery and collaboration with internal teams.
Main Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through targeted outreach and strategic partnerships
- Develop and execute account plans to meet client needs and exceed expectations
- Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs), negotiating terms and renewals
- Maintain a robust network of qualified candidates aligned with client demands, reducing time-to-fill
- Monitor account health, pipeline, and forecasts, proactively addressing risks and opportunities
Requirements:
- 1–5 years of experience in Business Development or Account Management within IT Services/Consulting or IT Staffing
- Demonstrated track record of revenue growth and stakeholder management
- Familiarity with contract management, negotiation, and billing processes
- Working knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)/Agile and IT hiring cycles
Nice to Have:
- Experience with MSP/VMS platforms, rate cards, and compliance frameworks
- Background in recruitment operations, including ATS systems and submission quality
