Quality System Configuration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality System Configuration Specialist to assist our system program leaders with system configurations and support for global, web-based applications.

This role is ideal for an individual with excellent written and verbal communication skills, experience in system troubleshooting, and proficiency in SQL and scripting languages such as Python or JavaScript.

  • Daily System Support: Provide telephone, email, and instant messaging support to users of the EtQ Reliance application.
  • Troubleshooting: Investigate system issues with users and resolve them, collaborating with software vendors when necessary.
  • System Administration: Update website information content, make system data changes, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Configuration Changes: Assist with updates to the workflow tool, EtQ Reliance.
  • Test Case Creation: Develop and execute test cases to verify configurations work as expected.
  • Software Validation: Collaborate with development teams on change control activities.
  • Data Analysis: Utilize Excel, Tableau, and other tools to create charts, graphs, and reports.
  • Training Development: Create training materials for colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Written and verbal communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Organizational Skills: A high level of organization is required to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Team Player: Passionate about helping others succeed and contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Technical Skills: Experienced user of Windows and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). SQL experience required, with past scripting experience in languages like Python, JavaScript, or VBScript also desired. SharePoint experience is a plus.
