Job Opportunity: Technical Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Specialist to fill this key role.

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for onboarding applications, collaborating with application owners, and explaining the integration process and objectives.
  • They will gather information relevant to the entire Identity Access Management (IAM) process within the application, coordinate, test, and validate any custom development required by the app team.
  • The specialist will work closely with internal engineers to build the integration according to governance best practices and application requirements.
Responsibilities:
  1. Onboard applications into the Identity Governance Administration system.
  2. Interact with application owners to understand their system and explain the integration process and goals.
  3. Gather information relevant to the entire IAM process within the application.
  4. Coordinate, test, and validate any custom development required by the app team.
  5. Work with internal engineers to build the integration according to governance best practices and application requirements.
  6. Coordinate and assist app teams in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  7. Maintain and report accurate statuses for all applications being onboarded.
Qualifications:
  • At least 7 years' experience as part of Identity Governance Administration development teams as an engineer or analyst.
  • Updated Identity Mapping and configured Source and target applications for attributes.
  • Experience in developing custom workflow for Lifecycle Management/Just-in-Time Provisioning.
  • Administration, implementation, and support of SailPoint-based Identity and access management solutions.
  • Experience with Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) analysis and implementation.
  • Launch certification campaigns and follow up on remediation processes to ensure timely completion.
