Job Description

As a seasoned professional in application development, you will lead the design and configuration of applications with a strong focus on SAP Project System (PS).

You will act as the primary point of contact, drive collaboration across teams, oversee application development, and ensure successful project delivery that aligns with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert in SAP Project System (PS)
  • Lead and manage a team, ensuring accountability for decisions and outcomes
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and contribute to key organizational decisions
  • Provide effective solutions to complex problems within the immediate team and across multiple teams
  • Facilitate training and skill development opportunities for team members
  • Oversee and monitor project progress, making necessary adjustments to ensure on-time, high-quality delivery
Required Skills & QualificationsTechnical Skills:
  • Strong expertise in SAP Project System (PS) with a minimum of 7.5 years of hands-on experience
  • In-depth understanding of project management methodologies and their application in SAP PS
  • Proven experience in application design, build, and configuration
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve application issues effectively
  • Knowledge of integration processes and tools related to SAP PS
Preferred Skills:
  • Exposure to SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration projects
  • Experience in stakeholder management and client-facing roles
  • Familiarity with other SAP modules and cross-functional integrations
