Job Title: PV Leadership Role

Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned pharmacovigilance professional to lead our PV team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drug safety and compliance, with experience in managing teams and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the company's subject matter expert on drug safety and pharmacovigilance
  • Ensure compliance with local and global PV regulations and guidelines
  • Oversee PV contracts, vendor management, and system audits/inspections
  • Develop and implement risk management plans (RMPs) and mitigation measures
  • Act as the primary safety liaison with regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive clinical trial safety strategies and protocols
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • An advanced degree in medicine or pharmacy
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive pharmacovigilance experience in the pharmaceutical industry
  • In-depth knowledge of local and global PV regulations and guidance
  • Demonstrated leadership experience with proven ability to build and scale PV systems
  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills
