As a Medical Lead in this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the medical strategy for assigned therapy areas. Your expertise and knowledge of clinical trials are essential in designing and executing plans that meet global standards.

About the Role

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution of activities and provide high-quality responses to customer inquiries.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support country medical affairs strategy by analyzing local market conditions and implementing Medical Affairs activities within designated therapy areas.
  • C coordinate scientific meetings, symposia, and congresses to engage with key opinion leaders and regulatory stakeholders.
  • Provide medical/scientific input into clinical trial or clinical research related activities, including initiation and oversight of studies within therapeutic areas.
  • Ensure medical insights are provided to cross-functional groups, including Pharmacovigilance, Regulatory Affairs, Market Access, QA, Commercial, and Brand teams.
  • Identify and assess risks, develop mitigation plans, and implement appropriate internal controls within areas of responsibility.
Essential Requirements
  • MBBS; MD mandatory with minimum 2+ years of industry experience.
  • Operations Management and Execution Project Management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across boundaries.
  • Clinical Trial Design, Data & Reporting Medical Science and Disease Area Knowledge.
  • Medical Education and Scientific Engagement.
  • Non-Interventional Studies (NIS) / Epidemiology Studies.
  • Medical Governance and Medical Safety.
