Network Architecture Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Network Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will have extensive experience in designing, implementing, and managing complex networks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating with ISPs and vendors for link-related issues
  • Detecting and responding to network incidents proactively, with clear escalation procedures and communication channels
  • Delivering regular reports on network performance, including bandwidth utilization, latency, uptime, and availability metrics, with actionable insights for network optimization

SD WAN Solutions

  • Managing private links ensuring high-performance WAN links that connect remote sites with redundancy and failover solutions
  • Managing SD-WAN solutions, enabling dynamic routing and bandwidth optimization across regions
  • Providing mechanisms to minimize jitter, latency, and packet loss, ensuring an optimal user experience for global collaboration tools

Branch Network Infrastructure

  • Managing WAN links connecting all branches ensuring redundancy and high availability for office locations and retail outlets across the country
  • Ensuring stable and secure network connections for all branch offices and locations, with real-time monitoring and troubleshooting
  • L2 Network Troubleshooting, capacity trend/problem identification, patching, configuration management

LAN/Wi-Fi Management

  • Full lifecycle management of LAN, including switch configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting
  • Managing the Wi-Fi network, ensuring coverage, security, and performance for both office and remote locations
  • Providing secure, segregated guest Wi-Fi access with appropriate bandwidth controls

Audit Participation

  • Participating in all audits requested by the customer, including filling in required forms and collecting relevant data
  • Ensuring timely and accurate submission of all requested audit materials
  • Completing all audit questionnaires and related documents as required by the customer, ensuring thoroughness and compliance with the scope of the service provided

Providing supporting evidence as needed
