Experienced User Experience Designer Wanted

We are seeking a talented UI/UX designer to join our team. As a champion of UI & UX Design, you will be responsible for creating simple, intuitive and efficient experiences for users.
Your key responsibilities will include designing world-class products, conceptualizing original ideas, creating wireframes and storyboards, and collaborating with Product Managers and Engineers towards building best-in-class experiences.
You will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to final hand-off to engineering. You will also be responsible for evaluating competitive and innovative products and design approaches to identify best practices and encourage innovation.
In this role, you will be accountable for the outcome of your designs and own the delivery, quality, and outcome of your work. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of user experience.
To be successful in this role, you will need excellent visual design skills, a strong portfolio, and the ability to solve problems creatively and effectively. You should also have a keen interest in the latest trends and technology, as well as the ability to explain design decisions and listen to feedback objectively.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in designing user interface (Web & Mobile) and user flows, as well as expertise in standard UX software like Figma. Knowledge of Sketch, Adobe Photoshop, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Illustrator, and Framer is a plus.
Requirements- 5+ years of experience in designing user interface (Web & Mobile) and user flows
- Demonstrable Graphic/Product design skills with a strong portfolio
- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction
- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Ability to explain design decisions as well as listen to feedback objectively
- Must have a keen interest in the latest trends and technology
- Must believe in and be capable of conducting independent research
- Must be able to think through corner case situations and take care of them through design
