About the Role:

We are seeking a creative UI/UX & Graphic Designer
with 1–3 years of experience who can design user-friendly digital experiences and create visually impactful graphics. The ideal candidate must be
highly skilled in Figma
and able to balance product design with brand and marketing creatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design clean, intuitive UI for web and mobile applications using
    Figma
    .
  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to visualize design ideas.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to improve design effectiveness.
  • Develop high-quality graphic assets for marketing campaigns, social media, and branding.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints and platforms.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers, and marketing teams to bring designs to life.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Visual Arts, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 1–3 years of proven experience
    in UI/UX design and graphic design.
  • Proficiency in Figma
    (mandatory).
  • Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator; After Effects is a plus).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design and accessibility principles.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing both UI/UX and graphic design projects.
  • Excellent communication, creativity, and attention to detail.

Good to Have:

  • Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
  • Motion graphics or video editing experience.
