Job Description

This role focuses on delivering high-quality technical support to users across various desktop-related issues. The position involves a range of responsibilities, including:

  • Operating System Support: Installing and configuring operating systems for seamless device performance.
  • Hardware Support: Assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting computer hardware components.
  • Software Support: Ensuring the smooth installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting of standard applications, including MS Outlook.
  • Network Support: Installing and resolving network printer issues; configuring VPN and firewall settings.
  • Security Management: Managing BitLocker encryption, antivirus updates, and virus protection measures.
  • Active Directory Management: Creating user accounts, resetting passwords, updating group policies, and controlling access permissions.
  • Remote Assistance: Providing remote support for software and system-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Asset Management: Coordinating with vendors for hardware issues and maintaining accurate inventory records for hardware and software assets.
