As a pioneering Solution Architect, you will bridge the gap between technology and business worlds.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting discovery sessions to understand prospect pain points and map solutions to their unique needs.
  • Delivering high-impact product demos that blend technical depth with business relevance.
  • Translating complex technical jargon into crisp, relatable value propositions.
  • Articulating what's possible today versus tomorrow in the sales process.
Customer Success Advocate

Ensure smooth onboarding for new customers, guiding them from purchase to productive use without hiccups.

  • Build lasting relationships by being a trusted advisor and go-to problem solver.
  • Monitor product adoption and usage trends, stepping in proactively before issues escalate.
  • Run reviews showcasing customers' ROI and hinting at untapped potential.
  • Identify upsell and expansion opportunities framed as customer value, not just revenue.

Partner with Sales, Success, and Product teams to bring real-world customer insights back into product roadmap conversations.

  • Create and maintain solution assets (demo scripts, FAQs, best-practice guides) to scale the impact of the team.
  • Be the voice of both the prospect and the customer internally.
Essential Qualifications
  • Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree required, MBA/technical background a plus. 2–4 years of experience in Solution Consulting, Pre-Sales, or Customer Success.
  • Sales + Tech Hybrid: You can discuss business outcomes with an executive and then switch gears to APIs or integrations with engineers.
  • Customer-Centric: Strong track record in building trust and ensuring customer success.
  • Communication Pro: Confident presenter able to simplify complexity.
  • Analytical + Creative: Problem-solving mindset; design solutions that are both practical and impressive.
  • Tools: Familiarity with CRM, demo automation, and SaaS productivity tools.
