Functional Consultant Role

We are seeking a seasoned Functional Consultant to deliver high-quality ERP solutions to organizations. As an expert in business processes and operational efficiency, you will play a pivotal role in streamlining operations, improving productivity, and driving growth.

About the Job

  • You will be responsible for providing comprehensive demonstrations to clients, developing tailored solution designs, and guiding them throughout the implementation and support phases.
  • Your expertise will be utilized to evaluate customers' business requirements, needs, and objectives, transforming them into actionable company processes and solutions.
  • You will analyze and resolve complex customer issues related to data and processes, ensuring seamless problem-solving.
  • Additionally, you will prepare detailed scope of work resulting from personalization sessions with customers, proposing customized solutions to meet their business requirements.
  • You will document customer requirements and coordinate implementation with technical consultants and developers, fostering collaboration and open communication.
  • In this role, you will interact with key end-users and business owners to map applications to standard business processes, conducting thorough gap analyses.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in Odoo version 14, 15, 16, 17 Community and Enterprise Edition.
  • Strong knowledge of business processes, sales & accounts, and previous experience in Odoo implementation.
  • You should be a quick and autonomous learner with excellent planning and presentation skills, able to influence customers to modify current business practices as required.
  • Ability to manage scope and expectations with the customer, possess analysis and problem-solving skills, and be proficient in the English Language.
