Research Assistant Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Research Assistant to join our team in conducting market research, data analysis, and reporting.

Detailed Responsibilities:
  • Market Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to support consultants in making informed decisions.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data from various sources, including databases, surveys, and industry reports, to identify key findings and patterns.
  • Reporting: Prepare comprehensive reports, presentations, and data visualizations to summarize key findings and provide actionable insights.
  • Benchmarking: Assist in benchmarking and comparative analysis for client projects, ensuring data accuracy and relevance.
  • Trend Monitoring: Continuously monitor market trends and emerging technologies relevant to clients, providing updates and recommendations as needed.
  • Research Objectives: Help define research objectives and ensure data aligns with client needs, driving business growth and success.
  • Database Management: Update and maintain research databases for future use, ensuring data consistency and accessibility.
  • Field Work: Conduct field work for data collection, interviews, or on-site observations, gathering valuable insights and information.
Requirements:
  • Education: Fresh graduate from Business, Economics, Marketing, BBA, MBA, or a related field, with a strong foundation in research methods and analytical techniques.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, and other relevant software tools, with the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
  • Communication: Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas simply and effectively.
  • Attention to Detail: Attention to detail and ability to work independently, with minimal supervision.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
