Job Description

A Research Analyst is sought after to conduct thorough qualitative and quantitative research on Indian stocks, evaluating management quality, business models, sector dynamics, and business tailwinds.

You will independently manage research products and delve deep into company fundamentals, market dynamics, and investment philosophies to produce high-quality work consistently.

Key responsibilities include managing research products independently, conducting in-depth fundamental research on Indian companies, engaging with company managements and industry experts, and monitoring sectors, business tailwinds, and market trends.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial modelling, valuations, and report writing, as well as the ability to communicate research findings through various channels.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related fields; Chartered Accountant qualification is a plus.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in fundamental research on Indian stocks, with strong skills in both qualitative and quantitative analysis.
  • Proficiency in financial modelling, valuations, and report writing is essential.
  • NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification (mandatory).
