Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies for category growth, profitability, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor market trends, customer demands, and pricing to optimize sourcing and sales approaches.
  • Manage critical metrics including revenue, gross margin, cost of goods, and working capital.
  • Lead and manage a team of 8–10 managers responsible for categories and procurement across the region.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure reliable and cost-effective material sourcing.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with project execution, logistics, finance, and technology teams to ensure seamless material flow.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 10–18 years in procurement, category management, or supply chain – preferably in construction, infrastructure, or building materials industries.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or Business; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in managing large teams, handling regional P&L, and interacting with cross-functional stakeholders.
