Job Overview

This role involves collaborating with key stakeholders to develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, managing YouTube campaigns, maintaining public relations, and supporting sales initiatives. Key responsibilities include scouting influencers, creating engaging content, coordinating product dispatch, and preparing reports as per requirement.

Influencer Marketing
  • Identify and partner with relevant influencers (paid, barter) ensuring seamless collaboration.
  • Develop compelling script drafts and review influencer video content.
  • Coordinate product delivery with internal teams and influencers.
  • Produce regular reports to track campaign performance.
  • Contribute to creative snippets and ads development.
  • Ensure timely payment releases by coordinating with the finance team.
Retention Marketing
  • Create effective WhatsApp marketing templates for approval and deployment on Meta platforms.
  • Design seasonal broadcast ideas leveraging regional festivals and occasions.
  • Craft data sets for campaign optimization.
Requirements
  • Familiarity with influencer marketing and social media marketing, especially with YouTube influencers.
  • Sales support and collaboration skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work onsite in Thane.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Public Relations, or related field.
  • Experience in FMCG or beauty industry is advantageous.
