Procurement Engineer Position

We are seeking an experienced procurement professional to manage our sourcing and vendor relationships for steel products, aluminum materials, and heavy machinery.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in procurement operations, including vendor management, technical evaluation, and procurement execution. A strong understanding of local supplier markets in Saudi Arabia is essential, along with proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and evaluating suppliers for key materials
  • Preparing and issuing RFQs, purchase orders, and tracking deliveries as per production timelines
  • Reviewing technical specifications to ensure materials comply with project and quality standards
  • Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and monitoring their performance for quality, pricing, and reliability
  • Coordinating with internal departments for smooth procurement operations

Requirements:

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.Tech / B.E.) and 2-4 years of procurement experience in KSA, preferably in the manufacturing or industrial sector. Transferable Iqama is preferred for non-Saudi nationals.
