Job Opportunity

The goal is to engage a highly skilled Utility Manager with proven experience in overseeing the operation and maintenance of utility systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operation and maintenance of utility systems, including cooling towers, compressors, pump houses, ETP & STP etc.
  • Ensure smooth plant operations by overseeing the operation and maintenance of utility systems, adhering to safety and efficiency standards.
  • Develop and implement preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize downtime.
  • Monitor utility equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Maintain adequate spare parts inventory for critical equipment to ensure continuous operation.
  • Guarantee compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Collaborate with production and maintenance teams to meet plant requirements.
  • Prepare reports on equipment performance, energy consumption, and maintenance activities.
  • Drive initiatives to optimize costs while ensuring equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Lead and guide a team of technicians/operators in utility operations and maintenance.
  • Acquire knowledge of utility energy optimization and cost-saving practices.
  • Apply strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to handle shift operations and respond to emergencies.
