Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing the full cycle recruitment process for growth and tech teams. This includes posting job ads on various platforms, screening resumes and applications, and conducting personal outreach to top candidates. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle multiple open positions.
The role also involves ensuring that all candidates have a positive experience, whether they are hired or not. This includes providing clear and timely updates throughout the hiring process.
Requirements- 1+ year of experience in recruitment, preferably in high-growth startups
- Proven track record of success in recruitment operations, including interview coordination and resume screening
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
