About the Role

  • Designation: Legal Process Manager
  • Location: Pune (Hybrid - 2 Days from office - Hinjewadi Phase 2)
  • 5+ Yrs corporate experience in LPM- Contracts, with a focus on excellent team handling skills and responsibility for managing 20+ resources.
  • The job will include preparation of service quality plans, ensuring process compliance, escalation management, knowledge management compliance, with the objective to sustain delivery predictability and meet client commitments under industry guidelines.
  • The right person will have expertise in financial contract management, operational workflow knowledge of the process, and good legal summarization skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and implement service quality plans to ensure timely delivery and high-quality output.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and drive change initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance skills and knowledge.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • LLB degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in legal process management or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
