Job Overview

The role of a Production Executive involves overseeing the production of high-reliability electronic modules and custom-built hybrid integrated circuits for aerospace customers.

  • Coordinate sales activities, meet sales targets, and ensure delivery requirements are fulfilled.
  • Develop and implement short-term and medium-term business plans to achieve company objectives in manufacturing operations.
  • Analyze production capacities, recommend process improvements, and identify opportunities to achieve quality and quantity goals.
  • Implement methods and systems to proactively address potential quality issues, promote a culture of continuous improvement, and ensure personnel, materials, and machine safety.
  • Support new product development and production processes, drive efficiency initiatives, improve productivity, and optimize resource utilization.
