This is a pivotal role that requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to serve as the day-to-day liaison between product management and engineering teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating product strategy into a clear, actionable backlog, ensuring that our development team has everything it needs to deliver high-quality, impactful features on time.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog for your assigned engineering team.
  • Agile Execution: Act as the voice of the customer and the Product Manager within the sprint team.
  • Requirements Clarification: Serve as the primary point of contact for the development team's questions.
  • User Story Creation: Write clear, concise, and detailed user stories that include acceptance criteria and dependencies.
  • Cross-Functional Communication: Facilitate effective communication between engineering, UX/UI, and the broader product team.
Essential Skills:
  • Proven experience working directly with an Agile development team and managing a product backlog.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail.
  • 3+ years of experience in a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role within a B2B SaaS environment.
