Job Title: Finance Head

About the Role:

This is a key leadership position that will oversee the financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for our business. As Finance Head, you will lead cross-functional teams to align financial strategies and reporting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement end-to-end financial plans, forecasts, and models.
  • Collaborate with global teams to ensure alignment of financial goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and manage financial performance, including variance analysis and KPI tracking.
  • Analyze and provide recommendations on cost-benefit analysis and margin optimization.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
  • Lead financial reporting, cash flow planning, and working capital management.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive business decisions with financial insights.
  • Support external audits and ensure robust internal controls are in place.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA, CPA, or MBA Finance preferred).
  • 8 - 12 years of progressive experience in financial management, preferably in IT/Technology/Product/Consulting environments.
  • Proven experience working with cross-border teams and understanding of international business practices.
  • Strong understanding of multiple pricing models.
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
