  • Closing duties include storing reusable goods, breaking down stock, cleaning equipment and areas, returning items to their proper locations, locking refrigerators, restocking supplies, turning off lights, and securing doors.
  • Maintain work areas by setting up, stocking, and organizing them.
  • Inspect the cleanliness and presentation of all dishes, glassware, and silverware before use.
  • Practice clean-as-you-go procedures throughout the day to maintain a clean working environment.
