Nephrology Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Nephrology Specialist to join our medical team.
Job Description:
A Nephrology Specialist will be responsible for diagnosing and managing acute and chronic kidney diseases, overseeing and performing dialysis and hemodialysis procedures, providing pre- and post-kidney transplant care in collaboration with transplant teams, conducting patient consultations, follow-ups, and long-term disease management, working closely with multidisciplinary teams (Cardiology, Critical Care, Urology, Endocrinology, etc.), participating in hospital CMEs, clinical audits, and quality improvement programs.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- MBBS from a recognized medical college (mandatory)
- MD (General Medicine) followed by DM (Nephrology) or equivalent DNB (Nephrology) from an NMC-recognized institute (mandatory)
- Proven clinical expertise in dialysis, hemodialysis, and transplant nephrology
- Strong diagnostic, clinical, and patient management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary hospital environment
