We are seeking a passionate and knowledgeable fitness professional to support high-intensity group training, functional strength development, and mobility sessions.
Key Responsibilities include assisting and occasionally leading Strength & Conditioning sessions, leading Mobility & Recovery sessions, conducting daily member consultations, contributing to creating a safe, progressive, and motivating training environment, and ensuring proper form, technique, and safe training practices in every session.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of corrective exercise, injury-prevention techniques, and mobility training, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We offer an opportunity to work on an exciting project with structured S&C programming, hands-on mentorship under an experienced coach, exposure to performance-based training formats, and growth opportunities within our expanding corporate wellness vertical.
Qualifications & Requirements:- Must hold a recognised Strength & Conditioning certification such as NSCA-CSCS, NASM, ISSA, ACE (S&C specialisation), or CrossFit Level 1+.
- Minimum 18 months of coaching experience in strength training, functional fitness, or performance training.
