Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop students' technical, tactical, and mental skills in shooting sports.
  • Nurture talent for district, state, national, and international competitions.
  • Provide individualized guidance to enhance performance and confidence.
  • Establish a structured shooting curriculum aligned with the school's sports vision.
  • Promote shooting as a focus of discipline and concentration.
  • Coordinate with school management for event participation and talent promotion.
  • Ensure inclusivity and encourage recreational and competitive participation.
  • Adhere to strict safety protocols at all times.
  • Oversee maintenance of the shooting range, equipment, and accessories.
  • Manage equipment usage, servicing, and inventory records.
  • Train students in responsible equipment use and care.
  • Monitor and evaluate student performance and progress.
  • Share feedback and progress reports with students, parents, and school leaders.
  • Maintain accurate records of training sessions, performance outcomes, and competition results.
  • Prepare students for intra-school, inter-school, and external shooting competitions.
  • Organize shooting events, demonstrations, and awareness programs at the school.
  • Develop pathways for students aspiring to pursue shooting professionally.
  • Stay updated with latest techniques, technologies, and regulations in shooting sports.
  • Network with federations, academies, and sports bodies to expand opportunities for students.
  • Enhance coaching methods and strategies through training and certifications.
